Founded in 2004,Jinda group operates four subsidiaries, located in Shenyang ,capital of Liaoning Province,in 2009 Dalian Jinze Precision Mould Co., Ltd was established in economic and technological development Zone in Dalian,our quality management system is ISO9001-2000 compliant and ISO14000 registered, Jinyi Precision Industry(Dalian) Co.,Ltd was established in 2010 as a joint venture between the Jinze and Japan Neat,In 2011 Jinda and Weld from Japan set up a joint venture named Dongjin Precision Industry (DaLian)Co.,Ltd which register fund was up to 12 million.
Through the efforts of company employees and the general customer support, our company has grown to more than 200 employees,There are 100 mold QC equipments of international advanced and 20 moulding machines,for example, Charmilles,Makino,Waida, Yasuda,Nagashima,Mitutoyo and so on.
        We offer comprehensive one-stop solution, Such as product designment and development, sample mold development, production mold development, injection molding and subsequent processing, stamping producting and assembly.We provide customers with precision thermoplastic, thermosetting mold and parts,Precision stamping dies and parts;lead frame mold and parts, aluminum alloy and magnesium aluminum alloy casting mold,mosaic forming an organic whole,insert moulding.
         Semi-conductor mold department provide customer with semi-conductor encapsulation mold and parts,Trimming die, Bending die and parts,pot&plunger,engraved pins.
         Company provide customers with precision molds and parts manufacture according to drawing the customers provide,such as air-conditioning class,connector type,precision equipment parts,all kinds of steels,super-hard ceramics and quartz etc parts manufacture,the manufacture precision is grinding edge 0.001,discharge edge 0.002,we can use Korea precision chromeplate to make out and inward of deep cavity even 0.001.
